Amid the numerous leisure hotels in Mumbai, there is one hotel that needs special appreciation – The Lalit. I am praising this hotel not because I am a permanent guest of its complete chain spread across India but because I have never received such warmth of hospitality and facilities elsewhere. Whether it is the Lalit Residency or Intercontinental Lalit, both five star hotels in Mumbai, if you stay here you will nod in the affirmative to what I have stated.
I have stayed in other star-rated leisure hotels and business hotels Mumbai. Though there are no complaints or scope of grievance in these hotels yet there is an air of sophistication in the Lalit. This is the reason I have started staying there every time I go for a business trip to the commercial capital of the country.
Besides the pick from the airport and drop to the same destination, I get taxi hire from just a dial from the room-telephone number to the reception. For few of my foreign clients for whom we arranged a conference in the Lalit itself besides their accommodation, I hired private air carrier services for a hill station. They loved the stay!
