The LaLiT chain of luxury hotels in India

I love extracting information online; the hospitality sector is one of the most interesting topics. It is by reading online quite often that I have come to know of the latest facilities, amenities, services and related paraphernalia that are introduced from time to time in leisure hotels, of both budget categories and star categories.

While I was searching for chain of luxury hotels in India, I chanced to visit the corporate site of The LaLiT. Clicking on the group profile link, I came to know that it is a part of Bharat Hotels Limited, India’s largest privately owned hotel company. Till November 19, 2008, all these luxury hotels in India were operated under the brand of The Grand Hotels, Palaces & Resorts; later it was re-branded to The LaLiT. There are eight operating leisure hotels in New Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Srinagar, Bangalore, Udaipur, Khajuraho, and Bekal. Nine more leisure hotels are under the development stage which will soon be operational.

There are a number of unique facilities offered in The LaLiT chain of luxury hotels in India – private air carrier services, golf playing conveniences, in-house multi-restaurants, spa parlour under the brand name of The Rejuve, and more.
